Google Chrome innovates in… press releases September 2, 2008

OK, the browser looks as if it will have some interesting ideas in it. But the comic strip press release is already brilliant. Why, even journalists will be able to follow at least some of it! Just as well, as it is actually a rather technical story. 

I expect we’ll start seeing web app feature tours along these lines. I’ll certainly think about presenting user stories to customers in a manga style. The comic strip is a form that is better suited to narrative than a bullet-pointed document.

One niggle: are Google staffers really that smug? Or are they just drawn that way?
